Payment Authorization
Panda Pay Payment Authorization Agreement
This Payment Authorization Agreement describes the electronic debits and credits Panda Pay is authorized to initiate on your linked bank account, your rights, and how to stop or revoke authorization.
By linking your bank account and using Panda Pay services, you authorize Radiant Union LLC ("Panda Pay") to initiate electronic debit and credit entries to and from your linked bank account via the Automated Clearing House (ACH) network or other electronic fund transfer methods. This authorization is provided in accordance with the NACHA Operating Rules.
This Payment Authorization Agreement is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms & Conditions. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms.
1. Authorized Transactions
This authorization covers the following electronic fund transfers:
- Recurring Debits — Bank Connection Fee: A recurring charge at the then-current subscription rate and billing frequency, beginning after any applicable trial period. Current pricing, billing schedule, and trial period details are displayed in the app at the time of enrollment. For subscription details and cancellation instructions, see Section 9 of our Terms & Conditions.
- One-Time Debits — Cash Flex™ ("Cash Flex") Return: A one-time debit in the amount of your active Cash Flex, on or after the return date you selected at the time of confirmation. The exact return amount and date are displayed in the app before you confirm Cash Flex. By confirming, you authorize the debit.
- One-Time Debits — Expedited Delivery Fee: If you select expedited delivery for Cash Flex, a one-time debit in the amount of the then-current expedited processing fee, as displayed in the app at the time of selection. By selecting expedited delivery, you authorize this debit.
- Credits — Cash Flex Delivery: A credit to your linked bank account for the Cash Flex amount you confirmed.
When you accept Cash Flex, you separately authorize Panda Pay to initiate a one-time electronic debit from your linked bank account in the amount of Cash Flex on or after the return date you selected. This separate authorization is given each time you confirm Cash Flex in the app.
Cash Flex is not a loan. The return debit described above is not a loan repayment.
2. Cancelling a Scheduled Debit
You may cancel any scheduled electronic debit by contacting us at support@pandapay.money at least 3 business days before the scheduled transfer date. If we receive your request less than 3 business days before the scheduled date, we may not be able to cancel the debit in time.
To place a formal stop-payment order on a scheduled debit, you may also contact your bank directly. Stop-payment rights on your bank account are provided by the financial institution that holds your account.
3. Revoking Authorization
You may revoke this authorization at any time by unlinking your bank account in the app or by contacting us at support@pandapay.money. Please allow up to 3 business days for the revocation to take effect.
Closing your Panda Pay account or unlinking your bank does not automatically cancel debits that have already been initiated.
4. Failed Debits and Insufficient Funds
If a scheduled debit is returned due to insufficient funds or uncollected funds, Panda Pay may re-initiate the authorized debit up to two (2) additional times, for a maximum of three (3) total attempts. Debits returned for other reasons (such as a closed account or revoked authorization) will not be re-initiated. Panda Pay will not charge additional fees for failed or re-initiated debits.
Your bank may charge you overdraft fees, NSF fees, or returned item fees for failed debits. These fees are imposed by your bank, not by Panda Pay, and Panda Pay is not responsible for them.
If you are unable to return funds, contact us at support@pandapay.money.
5. Disputes and Errors
If you believe a debit Panda Pay initiated was unauthorized, incorrect, or that you were charged in error, contact us at support@pandapay.money or write to us at Radiant Union LLC, 7901 4th St N, Ste 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702. When contacting us, please include:
- Your name and the email address associated with your Panda Pay account
- A description of the issue and why you believe it is incorrect
- The dollar amount and date of the debit
We will investigate in good faith and, if we determine the error was caused by Panda Pay, we will correct the error and reimburse any overdraft, NSF, or returned item fees charged to you by your bank solely as a result of our error.
This dispute process is a contractual commitment from Panda Pay and is separate from your rights under federal law. Your bank is the financial institution that holds your account. Federal consumer protections that apply to electronic fund transfers from your bank account — including formal error resolution, stop-payment rights, and limitations on liability for unauthorized transfers — are provided by your bank. To invoke those rights, contact your bank directly within the timeframes required by your bank's disclosures.
6. Account Information and Processing
You agree to maintain a valid linked bank account and to update your account information promptly if it changes. You represent that you are the account holder of the linked bank account or are authorized to initiate debits from the account.
Electronic fund transfers are processed through the Automated Clearing House (ACH) network via our banking and payment partners. For Cash Flex return debits, the specific amount will be displayed and confirmed by you in the app before the debit is initiated.
You will receive electronic confirmation of each transaction. This authorization remains in effect until you revoke it as described in Section 3 above.
