How can we help?

Most things are instant in the Panda Pay app — this page answers the rest.

Cash Flex™

How Cash Flex works

Cash Flex gives eligible members funds now — up to $100 — that you repay on a set date, one at a time. Before you confirm anything, the app shows you:

  • your exact available amount,
  • the delivery options and when the money arrives,
  • your repayment date.

Eligibility is checked automatically each time you request, and it can change as your bank activity changes — see "Eligibility requirements" below.

Eligibility requirements

Cash Flex availability is decided automatically, based on factors including:

  • your bank's history and recent activity,
  • a connected bank account that's at least 3 months old.

Not eligible today?

Eligibility moves with your activity, so a no today can change. Each check holds for about a day — the countdown in the app shows when you can check again, and your history keeps building in the meantime.

Your amount

Cash Flex goes up to $100. Your amount is set automatically from your bank's activity, can change over time, and is shown in the app when you request.

Delivery options and timing

You choose the delivery speed when you request:

Delivery optionArrives
Standard Bank Transfer (ACH)3–5 business days
Same-Day Bank Transfer (ACH)within 1 business day
Instant Bank Transfertypically within 5 minutes*

*At participating banks.

If an instant transfer hasn't arrived within 2 hours, contact us — that’s not normal and we’ll look into it.

Repayment

Repaying your Cash Flex

Your repayment date is always shown in the app — and so is your next subscription charge date. No charge should ever be a surprise; if one is, contact us.

Repaying early

You can repay anytime before your due date, right from the app.

After you repay

Repayments take 2–3 business days to clear with the bank — if it's been less than that, everything is normal and there's nothing you need to do. Once your repayment has fully cleared, eligibility re-checks and you can request your next Cash Flex.

Changing your repayment date

Repayment-date changes are handled by our team — send us a request:

  • Fastest: the support chat in the Panda Pay app.
  • Or email us — we'll reply within 1 business day.
Include the new date you'd like, and send your request before your current repayment date so we can make the change in time.
If you can't repay on time

There are no late fees and no penalties— ever, and a late repayment is never reported to credit bureaus. We know life happens — if your repayment date isn't going to work, let us know before it arrives and we'll move it: fastest is the support chat in the Panda Pay app, or email us.

Subscription & billing

How your subscription works

Your Panda Pay subscription (the Bank Connection Fee) is a recurring charge that keeps your bank connection and app features active — Cash Flex access, financial insights, and support. The charge date is always shown in the app.

Paying the fee does not guarantee Cash Flex availability — eligibility is checked automatically each time you request.

Canceling your subscription

You can cancel anytime, in the app, in under a minute:

  1. Open Account (bottom right)
  2. Tap Bank Account
  3. Tap Disconnect (Unsubscribe) and confirm

You can also unsubscribe from Account → Settings → Unsubscribe.

That stops future subscription charges. Cancel before your next scheduled charge date (shown in the app) to avoid the next charge.

Requesting a refund

Reach out — fastest is the support chat in the Panda Pay app; or email us. Tell us what happened and we'll review it and reply by email.

Understanding charges on your statement
  • A recurring charge is your subscription fee — the date and details are shown in the app under Account.
  • A debit on or after your repayment date is your Cash Flex repayment — depending on your balance, it may be collected in more than one smaller debit.
Don't recognize a charge? Contact us and we'll look into it right away.

Bank connection

Linking or troubleshooting your bank connection

Most major US banks and credit unions work through Plaid. To check yours, start linking in Account → Bank Account and search for it — some prepaid or peer-to-peer accounts aren't supported. If you can't find your bank in the connection flow, it isn't supported at this time.

For security, connection attempts are limited — if you hit a limit, wait and try again later. Still stuck? Contact us.

How your data is protected

Your bank connection runs through Plaid, so you sign in with your bank rather than with us. Everything is encrypted in transit, and you can disconnect your bank at any time in the app.

Your account

Updating your profile information

Profile details — name, email, phone — are verified information, so they can't be edited directly in the app. Contact us with the correction and we'll take care of it — we may ask you to verify a few details first.

Trouble signing in

Use "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen first. If your account shows as unavailable or you're still locked out, contact us by email — account-access issues go to the top of our queue.

Closing your Panda Pay account

In the app: Settings → Delete Account.

Note the difference: canceling your subscription stops charges but keeps your account; deleting your account removes it entirely.
